Vyome Holdings acquires MIT AI spinout Oculo Health

Vyome announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Oculo. Concurrent with this transaction, Vyome has launched a new business unit focused on using AI to tackle inflammation. This new business unit will leverage Oculo’s assets to develop an AI psychiatrist trained on data from both the US and India, and will be overseen by a newly-formed Vyome Board of Directors AI subcommittee comprised of Krishna Gupta, Mohanjit Jolly, and Stash Pomichter
