Volato to pause at-the-market equity offering for six months

Volato (SOAR) announced that it has elected to pause its at-the-market equity offering program through June 30, 2026. The company said, “The decision reflects Volato’s current liquidity position and management’s focus on maximizing shareholder value while executing on near-term operational milestones. The Company does not anticipate utilizing the ATM during this period and believes that temporarily suspending the program removes an unnecessary overhang on the stock as Volato continues to prioritize delivering positive business developments.”
