Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Vistra (VST) to $186 from $178 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm is updating its price targets for stocks in the Regulated & Diversified Utilities / IPPs North America sector, noting utilities underperformed the S&P in May, the analyst tells investors.
