Morgan Stanley analyst David Arcaro lowered the firm’s price target on Vistra (VST) to $208 from $214 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm is updating the price targets for Regulated & Diversified Utilities / IPPs in North America under its coverage, the analyst tells investors. In March, utilities outperformed the S&P’s return.
