Piper Sandler analyst Arvind Ramnani raised the firm’s price target on Visa (V) to $9 from $8.50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm still likes used car tech stocks, and notes that tariffs are still a source of uncertainty, but less so than a few months ago. EV sales momentum is regionalizing as China and Europe left the U.S. behind, Piper says.
