Victory Capital (VCTR) announced that it has named Molly Weiss as chief technology officer and head of digital innovation. In her new role with Victory Capital, Weiss will be a member of the executive committee and have overall responsibility for the company’s technology infrastructure, including its artificial intelligence framework, and data and analytics platform. Additionally, she will lead the direct investor business. She was previously group president of Wealth Platforms at Envestnet Financial Technology.
