Barclays raised the firm’s price target on VICI Properties (VICI) to $34 from $33 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. It seems to be a “Goldilocks” environment for much of net lease right now, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Barclays expects issuance announcements and several acquisition volume guidance increases.
