Morgan Stanley analyst Josh Baer lowered the firm’s price target on Via Transportation (VIA) to $24 from $28 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After a “solid” Q1 report, the firm says EBITDA is “improving,” but “not inflecting,” adding that it valuation “re-calibration may take time to materialize.”
