VF Corp. to sell Dickies to Bluestar Alliance for $600M in cash

VF Corporation and Bluestar Alliance, a global brand management firm, announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for Bluestar Alliance to acquire the Dickies brand for $600M in cash.
