Truist analyst Joseph Civello lowered the firm’s price target on VF Corp. (VFC) to $13 from $24 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Vans fiscal Q4 sales declined 20% in constant currency, though management attributed 60% of the weakness to activities that are part of its efforts to reset the brand, the analyst tells investors. These activities are expected to drive similar headwinds in the first half of FY26, indicating that “there is a lot of wood left to chop,” the analyst added in a post-earnings note.
