Keefe Bruyette analyst Timothy Switzer lowered the firm’s price target on VersaBank (VBNK) to C$21 from C$22 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The planned realignment to a U.S. domiciled company will provide several benefits to shareholders, the analyst says in a research note.
