Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Verra Mobility (VRRM) to $23 from $25 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Checks from U.S. airlines indicate domestic travel weakness in Q1, which could impact Verra’s Commercial Services segment, the analyst tells investors. However, the firm is “optimistic that this seems largely transitory” and believes concerns are priced in with the stock down 19% over the past month and 13% year-to-date, the analyst added.
