Vermont Renewable Gas advances regulatory review

Clean Energy Technologies (CETY) announced that Vermont Renewable Gas, a CETY affiliate, has submitted its first round of discovery responses in the Vermont Public Utility Commission’s Certificate of Public Good review process for its proposed 2.2 MW renewable electric generation facility in Lyndon, Vermont. The submission represents a routine and collaborative step in Vermont’s established regulatory framework and reflects continued engagement with state agencies involved in the review process, including the Vermont Public Utility Commission, the Agency of Natural Resources, the Department of Public Service, and the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
