Veritiv stockholders approve acquisition by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice

Veritiv stockholders voted in favor of all proposals, including a proposal to approve the company’s pending acquisition by an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including the receipt of required regulatory approval and is expected to take place in Q4.
