DA Davidson lowered the firm’s price target on Veritex (VBTX) to $32 from $34 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Q1 results were “generally in line with expectations,” with the exception of lower expenses and higher fee income, the analyst tells investors. Despite trimming its price target the firm is raising its 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates to $2.24 and $2.44 from $2.22 and $2.43, respectively.
