Goldman Sachs analyst George Tong lowered the firm’s price target on Verisk Analytics (VRSK) to $206 from $239 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Verisk Analytics reported strong Q4 results, with revenue, EBITDA margins, and EPS exceeding estimates, and 2026 guidance largely in line with consensus once adjusted for the Marketing Solutions divestiture, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Durable subscription franchise strength, multi-year client relationships, and growing adoption of AI-enabled solutions support roughly 6%-8% OCC growth, though near-term revenue will be tempered by portfolio changes, transactional volatility, and moderating EBITDA margin expansion amid continued product and AI investments, the firm says.
