Stifel analyst Nathan Jones lowered the firm’s price target on Veralto (VLTO) to $110 from $116 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. While 2025 guidance was below consensus, the firm thought the Street was too high with headwinds from forex on the top line and dilution from the TraceGains acquisition at the margin line “probably not fully reflected in consensus,” the analyst tells investors.
