Vera Bradley (VRA) announced the appointment of Andrew Meslow, former CEO of L Brands and Bath and Body Works, to the Company’s Board of Directors. Meslow joins the Board most recently from L Brands and Bath and Body Works (BBWI), where he was CEO.
