Goldman Sachs lowered the firm’s price target on Venture Global (VG) to $20 from $29 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is revising estimates following what it calls “a challenging first release” following the company’s January IPO, pointing to a Q4 miss, soft 2025 guidance, and “mixed messaging on the call.” However, while the firm acknowledges the potential for continued volatility as the market looks for a clearer path forward, Goldman sees value in the stock at current levels, the analyst tells investors.
