BofA analyst Jeffrey Spector raised the firm’s price target on Ventas (VTR) to $91 from $84 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. While stock performance did not reflect it, Q3 earnings season was “strong” for U.S. REITs as 69% of REITs beat the Street, the analyst tells investors in a note on the group.
