Valvoline (VVV) announced that Hitesh Patel has joined the company as its chief technology and cybersecurity officer, effective immediately. Patel brings decades of retail technology and cybersecurity expertise to the company. Prior to joining Valvoline, Patel served as senior VP, chief information officer of Sleep Number (SNBR) where he led enterprise technology capabilities and initiatives.
