Valmont names William Johnson as chief accounting officer

Valmont (VMI) announced William Johnson will join the company as chief accounting officer effective October 20. Johnson will be a leader on the finance team overseeing the company’s accounting and SEC reporting functions, and reporting directly to Tom Liguori, executive VP and CFO. Prior to joining Valmont, Johnson served as senior VP, corporate controller, and principal accounting officer at Conagra Brands (CAG).
