Valley National appoints Lyndsey Sloan as general counsel

Valley National (VLY) announced that Lyndsey Sloan has joined the company as senior executive VP, general counsel. In this role, Sloan will oversee the legal function at Valley and serve as a strategic advisor to executive management and the board of directors. Most recently, she served as deputy general counsel at The Huntington National Bank.
