Vail Resorts (MTN) announced that Celeste Burgoyne, current President of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation for lululemon, has been appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer, effective January 26, 2026, to help drive the next chapter of growth for Vail Resorts. Burgoyne will oversee Vail Resorts’ marketing function, lead all aspects of the guest journey and digital experience, and be directly responsible for the majority of the company’s revenue.
