Usana (USNA) Health Sciences announced a leadership transition with Kevin Guest returning as CEO, effective immediately. Guest, who previously served as CEO for eight years and most recently as executive chairman, succeeds Jim Brown, who has stepped down as CEO and president. Guest will also continue serving as chairman.
