BofA raised the firm’s price target on Urban Outfitters (URBN) to $90 from $80 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm, which views Free People and Anthropologie as “two of the best performing apparel brands in the market,” notes that its sum-of-the parts analysis results in a 50% premium to current stock price. The firm is also “encouraged” by positive sales growth at the flagship Urban Outfitters brand and thinks the brand is on track to return to profitability in FY27, the analyst added.
