Upland Software sees Q3 revenue $63.2M-$69.2M, consensus $67.64M

The company said, “For the quarter ending September 30, 2024, Upland expects reported total revenue to be between $63.2 and $69.2 million, including subscription and support revenue between $60.1 and $65.1 million, for a decline in total revenue of 11% at the mid-point from the quarter-ended September 30, 2023. Third quarter 2024 Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $12.5 and $15.5 million, for an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 21% at the mid-point. This Adjusted EBITDA guide at the mid-point is a decrease of 13% from the quarter-ended September 30, 2023.”
