Universal Music (UMGNF) and Warner Music (WMG) are close to AI licensing deals, with both companies possibly striking deals with AI companies within the next few weeks, Anna Nicolaou of The Financial Times reports, people familiar with the matter said. Discussions have involved startups including ElevenLabs, Stability AI, Suno, Udio and Klay Vision, the sources added.
