Stifel analyst J. Bruce Chan raised the firm’s price target on Universal Logistics (ULH) to $20 from $17 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Underlying indicators turned more constructive for freight intermediaries into Q1, but “we’re still in early days and progress among 3PLs remains choppy,” the analyst tells investors in a preview for the third-party logistics group.
