Universal Logistics postpones Q3 earnings release

Universal Logistics (ULH) has postponed the release of its financial results for Q3 previously scheduled for October 23. The delay is to allow additional time to complete certain financial reporting procedures related to the calculation of non-cash impairment charges on certain intangible assets associated with the company’s intermodal segment. Universal is also postponing the investor conference call originally scheduled for October 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The company will announce a new date and time for the issuance of its earnings release and conference call once the financial reporting process is complete.
