Unity Bancorp (UNTY) announced the promotion of George Boyan to president, effective January 1, 2026. Boyan currently serves as executive VP and CFO. In addition to his new role as president, Boyan will be appointed to the boards of directors of both Unity Bancorp and Unity Bank, also effective January 1, 2026. James Davies will succeed Boyan as CFO. Davies currently serves as senior VP and controller.
