Bernstein raised the firm’s price target on UnitedHealth (UNH) to $433 from $379 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares going into Q3 earnings. The firm made modest changes to its EPS model, and modestly increased its target price-to-earnings to 20x, as Bernstein sees a longer period of above average EPS growth from this cyclical low.
