Mr. Rivkin expressed concerns regarding the potential impact of a merger between Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines on the cooperation agreements between United and Hawaiian Airlines. He noted that United has interline, codeshare, special prorate, and loyalty agreements with Hawaiian Airlines.”
