United Bankshares (UBSI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of 38c per share for shareholders of record as of December 12, 2025. Dividends per share of $1.49 for the year 2025 represents an increase over the $1.48 per share paid for the year of 2024. The dividend payout of approximately $53.4M on 140.4 million shares is payable January 2, 2026.
