On August 20, 2025, the Board of Directors of United Bancorp (UBCP) declared a third quarter dividend payment of 18.75 per share for shareholders of record on September 10, 2025 with a payment date of September 19, 2025. This is an increase of 1c, or 5.6%, over the regular cash dividend paid in Q3 of the previous year. In addition, this payment is greater than the regular cash dividends paid in Q1 and Q2 of the current year, which were 18.25c and 18.50c respectively.
