United Airlines (UAL) flights resumed again late Wednesday, several hours after a system-wide technology issue caused the carrier to pause departures, the Wall Street Journal’s Alison Sider reports, citing the company. “The underlying technology issue has been resolved, and, while we expect residual delays, our team is working to restore our normal operations,” United said. The issue was with the company’s Unimatic system, which stores flight data and feeds it to other systems.
