United Airlines (UAL) hit a vehicle and light post on a nearby highway during its approach to Newark Liberty International Airport, Angus Whitley and Leen Al-Rashdan of Bloomberg reports. None of the passengers and crew on board the Boeing (BA) 767-400 were injured and the FAA as well as the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.
