Desjardins analyst Benoit Poirier downgraded Uni-Select to Tender from Buy with a price target of C$48, down from C$54. While the analyst was "disappointed" with LKQ’s C$48 per share cash offer, they believe the valuation is fair and see a very "low probability of a superior bid."
