Shares of Under Armour (UAA) are up more than 3% in late day trading after Fairfax Financial disclosed a 22.2% stake in the sneaker and apparel maker in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As of Dec. 30, Fairfax owned about 42M Class A shares, according to the Schedule 13D filing, up from a previously disclosed stake of around 16%, according to an amended Schedule 13G filing late last month.
