Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Under Armour (UA) (UAA) to $5 from $7 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Although management is optimistic about some of the green-shoots they are seeing, broader pressure on underlying demand remains substantial and Q2 guidance came in well below Street expectations, the analyst tells investors. The bar for FY26 is “materially lower,” but the firm awaits more signs that turnaround initiatives and heavy brand investments are helping to drive demand, the analyst added.
