DA Davidson raised the firm’s price target on Ulta Beauty (ULTA) to $650 from $625 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after its Q3 results. The company checked just about all the boxes, including a Q3 beat on comps, gross margins, and EPS, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The management also emphasized that investment spending will be lower in 2026 such that margins will be at least as high as this year’s 12.3%-12.4%, the firm added.
