UDR price target raised to $45 from $44 at Evercore ISI

Evercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa raised the firm’s price target on UDR (UDR) to $45 from $44 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. In a broad REIT note, the analyst rolled forward models to incorporate the firm’s 2027 AFFO estimates into its price target framework.
