Ubisoft (UBSFY) plans to carve out a business including its “Assassin’s Creed,” “Far Cry,” and “Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six” franchises into a business with an enterprise value of roughly $4.3B, or EUR 4B, Bloomberg’s Amy Thomson reports. Tencent (TCEHY) plans to invest EUR 1.16B to purchase a 25% interest in the new entity, the author notes.
