Shares of Uber (UBER) are moving lower after Manager Magazin, citing people familiar with the matter, reported the company is in talks to acquire German luxury rides provider Blacklane. Blacklane’s valuation is likely to be in the high three-digit million Euro range, sources told Manager. Uber shares in morning trading are down 3%, or $1.98, to $73.17.
