U.S. weighs plan to cut China tariffs to as low as 50%, NY Post says

U.S. officials are discussing a proposal to lower President Trump’s 145% tariff on Chinese imported goods to between 50% and 54%, sources close to the negotiations reportedly told the New York Post’s Lisa Fickenscher and James Franey.
