GLJ Research downgraded U.S. Steel (X) to Sell from Buy. The firm recommends that anyone who bought the stock on the idea that President Trump’s approving Nippon Steel acquisition as a possibility now should cash out, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Applying a simplified comparable company analysis, Nippon Steel is overpaying for U.S. Steel by 63.3%-to-612.4%, GLJ added.
