U.S. House passes Trump’s massive tax bill, CNBC reports

The U.S. House of Representatives narrowly voted to pass President Trump’s massive tax-and-spending bill, which the president named the “One Big, Beautiful Bill,” CNBC’s Erin Doherty, Ruxandra Iordache, and Kevin Breuninger report. The bill contains trillions of dollars in tax cuts and a massive increase in spending on immigration enforcement, and is offset by major cuts to Medicaid and other social programs, the authors say, noting the bill will now be sent to the president.
