The updated guidelines could be released as early as this month and are expected to include a statement encouraging Americans to drink in moderation or limit alcohol intake, sources add. Publicly traded companies in the space include Constellation Brands (STZ), Boston Beer (SAM), AB InBev (BUD), Brown Forman (BFA), and Diageo (DEO).
