USCB Financial, the holding company for U.S. Century Bank (USCB), announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 10c per share of Class A common stock, which represents an increase of 5c, or 100%, per share compared with the previous quarterly dividend of 5c per share. The common stock dividend is payable on March 5 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14. Future dividend payments are subject to quarterly review and approval by the board of directors.
