Two of the largest data center developers have projects in Santa Clara, California that may sit empty for years due to the local utility not being ready to supply energy, John Gittelsohn and Michelle Ma of Bloomberg reports. Digital Realty (DLR) and Blue Owl Capital’s (OWL) Stack Infrastructure each have data centers in Nvidia’s (NVDA) hometown that are currently shells awaiting full energization.
